Ingredients change daily, with the seasons and availability. Oven-cooked, without fat. Healthy chef’s boulettes with flavours that will explose in your mouth. Choose between 3 of our daily changing sides. Served for lunch at the bar table (11,50€) or in a sandwich (9€), or at dinner in our restaurant for a relaxed meal (14€). Or why not have chef’s boulettes as tapas with cocktails by privatising our restarurant or the Lazarine lounge downstairs which is ideal for smaller groups…
MENU DU JOUR
Build your bowl by choosing 5 chef’s boulettes and 3 sides (so you can taste everything on the menu!). Each day, two French meat dishes, a French poultry dish, a fish dish and a veggie dish are served to you by chef Kevin Austruy. All produce is fresh, never frozen and we do not have a microwave in our kitchen! Our chef’s boulettes are oven-cooked without fat and desserts are homemade on the day. All good, all healthy.
