Build your bowl: chooose your 5 chef’s boulettes and 3 sides amongst the daily choices. In the evening, you’ll be served at your restaurant table (14€ for a main course). At lunch, you can order directly at the bar table (11,50€ main course or 9€ for a boulettes sandwich). Keep some room for dessert though (4€50)… As for drinks, you can order one of our freshly pressed juices, handpicked wines or craft beers.

THE CHEF’S BOULETTES

Each day, two French meat dishes, a French poultry dish, a fish dish and a veggie dish are served to you by chef Kevin Austruy.

Boeuf Charolais, oignons, persil plat haché, sel de guérande, poivre du moulin, sauce béarnaise
Agneau de Sisteron, Alpes de Haute Provence, cive, oignon, celeri, carotte, jus au Thym
Poulet Français mariné à la Salsa Tartufata, cebettes, Pécorino Romano et noix de cajou
Saumon "Label Rouge d'Ecosse" mariné au Saté, coriandre, cebette, oignons rouges, graines de sésames noires
Ratatouille à la Provençale, Ricotta, Cebettes et graines de courge
